The Church of Christ Evangelical and Life Intercessory Ministry in Kaduna State has distributed food grains to over 1,000 disadvantaged Muslims and Islamic schools in a gesture aimed at fostering peaceful coexistence and religious tolerance. According to General Overseer Pastor Yohanna Buru, this initiative is also a token of appreciation for Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani, a Muslim philanthropist who has consistently supported the church’s widows and orphans during Christian holidays. This charitable effort is part of the church’s 19-year-long outreach program, which has provided food assistance to impoverished Muslims across five northern states.
