Ghanaian musician Mzbel has publicly called out gospel minister Sonnie Badu over an alleged unpaid debt of $300. In a video interview circulating on social media, Mzbel expressed frustration and disappointment, demanding that Sonnie Badu repay the debt.
According to Mzbel, the debt originated from a payment she made on Sonnie Badu’s behalf using her Visa card, with the expectation of reimbursement. Despite repeated requests, Sonnie Badu allegedly failed to repay the debt, instead making light of the situation.
Mzbel emphasized that the debt has remained unpaid for nearly nine years, and she is seeking repayment in full. The allegations have sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many fans and followers expressing surprise and shock over the long-standing financial dispute between the two prominent Ghanaian figures.
As of now, Sonnie Badu has not publicly responded to Mzbel’s claims.
